Power Lunch Yoga

This is a vigorous power yoga workout, designed to get you in and out all on your lunch break. Do something good for yourself and experience the benefits of yoga even when you are short on time.

Because of the vigorous nature of this shorter practice, it is not recommended that this is your first yoga class. Also, out of respect for others and your own safety, please arrive on time. It is important for you to follow the flow of class which begins with an adequate warm up. You may leave early if necessary.
