have a small space for childcare indoors and outdoors
when it is nice enough. I would like to know when the

The cost is $5 per child, or $50 monthly. This service
is currently only available on Tuesdays, Thursdays,
and Saturdays at 9:30am. Please remember to register
your child 24hrs in advance to make sure that we provide
enough space and activities.

Dragon Fire Yoga now has 3 practitioners. Together they offer
a full range of holistic health and wellness services and
are able to accomodate virtually anyone's schedule.

Jennifer Walz,
L.Ac, LMT, RMT has more than 20 years experience in
the field of holistic health. She combines acupuncture,
massage and Reiki to help you create a space for healing
your body, mind and spirit. Jennifer will be taking
appointments at the studio on Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm. To schedule an appointment,

A first visit with Jennifer begins
with a full health history intake and TCM (Traditional Chinese
Medicine) pulse and tongue diagnosis. The session includes
includes acupuncture, massage and Reiki if indicated for conditon,
as well as herbal recommendations if appropriate. The cost
is $125, and will last approximately 1.5 hours.
Follow-up session :
Acupuncture, plus light massage or Reiki, also may include
herbal recommendations - $60
One-hour massage therapy session:
Choose between Pre-Natal Massage, Deep Tissue, or Swedish
Massage - $75

Susan Teague, LMT has more than 10 years
of body/mind/spirit experience. Her training in reiki, somatic
bodywork, Swedish massage, intuitive touch and aromatherapy
creates a unique experience of "deep touch" for
her massage clients. Susan will be taking appointments at
the studio on alternate weekends and weekday evenings. To

Talk, touch & creative play to connect what's going on

spiritually. Initial session is 1.5 hours and includes a 30-minute
intake interview.

Anna Gosling, LMT is a massage therapist
and Reiki practitioner. She graduated from Ke Kino Massage
Academy in 2007 and has been a Reiki practitioner since 2004.
Anna is an Usui and shamanic Reiki master (trained by Jennifer
Walz and Mary Warejcka), and full-time massage therapist.
Anna uses shamanic Reiki techniques to help others learn to
listen to their inner wisdom for healing. Anna is available
weekday evenings and weekends by appointment. To schedule

Anna is offering an introductory rate of $50.00 for a one-hour
massage or Reiki.
PSYCHOTHERAPY
Jennifer McGarry, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) has
been in private practice since 1995. An expert in cognitive
behavioral therapy, Jennifer's psychotherapy is marked by
creating a safe, warm, and inviting atmosphere conducive to
counseling. Similarly, Jennifer brings authenticity, humor,
gentleness, and a sense of teamwork to her sessions. Based
on a cognitive behavioral approach, Jennifer believes in assisting
the client to understand their core beliefs thereby taking
the mystery out of emotions that have run amuck. In this way,
clients are freed up to determine their own path, with a clear
view of their deeply held and sacred intuition. Her specialties
include working with depression, anxiety, life changes, relationship
improvement, grief, trichotillomania, and body picking issues.

FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Get your girlfriends together for a Girl's Night Out or celebrate
your child with a yoga birthday. Dragon Fire Yoga Studio is
now available for rental for your special occasion. Have a
class with just your friends, a yoga birthday party, a sensual
dance class - all options are open. We will provide instruction
by a certified yoga teacher (if requested) and use of our
beautiful studio, including help with set-up and clean-up.
Have a special idea or need a little extra help? Other services
may be made available for a small additional fee. We want
to help make your next occasion unique! The cost is $150 (food,
beverages and decorations not included in price). Please contact
